Lindum Hill closure to traffic going up

Lindum Hill will be closed to traffic Northbound (going up the hill will be closed, but going down the hill will be open). This is from Monday 14th August until Monday 28th August 2023. 

This will affect the following services.

Stagecoach Buses

Service 4

Will take its normal route to Broadgate and then via St Swithins Square, Monks Road, Greetwell Road, County Hospital, then resume normal route.

Service 5

Normal route to Broadgate, St Swithins Square, Monks Rd, Greetwell Rd, Queensway, Resume route Wragby Rd.

Service 7 and 17

Normal route to Wigford Way, Yarborough Rd, Left onto Burton Rd to resume normal route. 

Service 8

Normal route to Wigford Way, Yarborough Rd, Yarborough Crescent, Riseholme Rd to resume normal route. 

Service 10 and 12

normal route to Wigford Way, Yarborough Rd, Yarborough Crescent, Longdales Rd, Nettleham Rd to resume normal route.

Service 53 and 56

 normal route to Broadgate, St Swithins Square, Monks Rd, Greetwell Rd, turn around in County Hospital to resume normal route from Greetwell Rd.

Service 103

 normal route to Wigford Way, Yarborough Road, Yarborough Crescent Left onto Riseholme Rd to resume normal route.

CT1

Reverse of normal route out of Minster yard, right onto Eastgate, Minster Pottergate, Lindum Hill, Broadgate, Oxford Street, Wigford Way, Brayford Wharf North, Newland, Brayford Way (around roundabout), Brayford Way, The Avenue, Yarborough Road, Burton Road, Westgate, Chapel Lane, Bailgate, Westgate, Burton Road, Rasen Lane, Church Lane, Northgate, Pottergate, Minster Yard.

PC Coaches buses

Will divert via Wigford Way then Silver Street and then Monks Road before resuming normal route on Outer Circle Road.

Will divert via Wigford Way, then Silver Street, then Monks Road, then GreetWell Road and will then resume its normal route from The Lincoln Hotel.

Will divert via Wigford Way, then Silver Street, then Monks Road, then GreetWell Road, and then will resume normal route via Lincoln Cathedral.
