My Bus Dashboard Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating a Lincoln Bus account (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our governing policies and any terms disclosed
and agreed by you if you make a purchase.

We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we will aim to give you reasonable notice unless we are
unable to do so by applicable law. If you continue to use the Service after changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you possess the legal authority and legal age requirement (as stipulated by laws in your geographical location)
to enter into these terms for our Service including instructing Lincoln Bus to collect payments following a purchase.

You confirm all information supplied by you in using our Service is true and accurate.
3. Your Account

Lincoln Bus allows you to create an account using a number of methods including by email address and by Facebook.

By choosing to use your Facebook account to sign in, you authorise Lincoln Bus to access and use certain information form your Facebook account.
At the time of writing, Facebook allows you to control and authorise which pieces of data we can use from your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and you are responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us.
4. Service Modification
- Lincoln Bus may add or remove features at any time without notice.
5. Termination

Lincoln Bus may terminate the Service entirely. If such event happens, we will try to give reasonable notice unless extenuating
circumstances prevents us from doing so.

You may terminate your account at anytime and for any reason through the “Settings” feature in the Service or by contacting us.

Lincoln Bus may terminate your account at anytime for any reason without notice.
6. Purchases

Payments are handled by a third-party provider. Lincoln Bus does not transmit card or bank information.
Lincoln Bus is therefore not responsible or liable for any issues resulting from making a payment. At the time of writing,
our third-party payment provider is PayPal.

All purchases are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances which we will assess on a case by case basis.
If we then decide that exceptional circumstances apply we may, at our reasonable discretion, give you a proportionate refund.

If you terminate or cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
- When a subscription is purchased, it is considered active and in use the moment payment is completed.
- A 1-month subscription entitles a user to 30 calendar days of premium access.
- An annual subscription entitles the user to 365 calendar days of premium access.
7. Disclaimers

Lincoln Bus strives to provide information that is up to date and accurate at the time of publication but no
representations or warranties are made (express or implied) as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of such
information and information is subject to change without notice.

Lincoln Bus cannot therefore be held liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from the use of, or any action taken in reliance on,
any information appearing on our Service.

Lincoln Bus will try to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee that the Service will operate continuously without
interruptions or without errors and can accept no liability for its unavailability.

The Service is for residents in the United Kingdom (UK) using a UK internet service provider. Access outside of this jurisdiction may not be possible.
- The Service is for consumer use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
